He has been completed his Industrial & Production Engineering under Shahjalal University of Science & Technology. He is a believer of transformation through learning. He has been honored for Scholarship on Quality Control Training Course (QCTC) by AOTS in Japan. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Management consultant. He is a motivational speaker and has been developing human resources in different industries from sales team to production team since 2016. He has solid knowledge in identifying and resolving problems, strong strategic planning capability, operations performance analysis, KPIs deployment, strategy deployment, controlling costs, maximizing productivity and total quality management. Proven success in creating innovative tools, equipment and management information system and introducing standards that have reduced operating expenses, improved quality, and increased asset utilization.
